Information the website collects
A move request may include contact details, service locations, preferred dates, access information, a description of the work, and notes about pieces that need special handling. The website may also record limited referral information, such as the page used to reach the request form or supported advertising tags.
How that information is used
Butch Services uses request information to review the scope, contact the requester, prepare an estimate, discuss timing, document the job, and complete required operational follow-up. A requested date remains pending until Butch Services confirms it directly.
Storage and service providers
Submitted requests are sent to Butch Services and may be stored in a business-owned Google Sheet. A notification may also be emailed to the owner or an authorized team member. Cloudflare provides website hosting, and Google provides the connected request records and business email services. Other providers may be used for job documents, payments, or administration when those services are arranged separately.
Browser data and website logs
The request form keeps your answers in the open page while you move between its steps. Reloading or closing the page clears that draft. Your browser may separately remember details through its own autofill settings. This website does not currently use advertising pixels or analytics cookies. Referral tags in a page link may be included with a submitted request.
Hosting and security services may process technical information, including IP addresses, requested pages, browser information, and error records, to operate the website and limit abuse. Website monitoring uses test information rather than customer requests.
When information may be shared
Information may be shared with workers or service providers who need it to review or complete the requested work, when required by law, or when needed to protect customers, the business, or the public. Personal information is not sold for advertising.
Retention and security
Business records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for estimates, jobs, accounting, legal obligations, and customer service. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Your choices
